With the evolution of the times, rural revitalization has emerged as a core strategy for China's comprehensive development in the new era, with the goal of promoting the all-round revitalization of rural areas in the economic, social, cultural and ecological fields. Social work, a professional field rooted in the concept of helping people to help themselves and committed to promoting social justice and harmony, has added new impetus and potential to the strategy of rural revitalization by virtue of its unique values, methodological system and skill sets.
