拉挤编织复合材料的弯曲性能研究

Abstract

利用48锭卧式二维编织机织造3个不同内径的碳纤维编织物,加热固化成型后牵伸拉拔出型材制品。采用电子万能材料试验机对复合材料管件进行弯曲性能测试,研究其加载过程中试样的破坏机理,并比对不同内径尺寸和不同隔距下,试样的弯曲性能。结果表明,在复合材料管件的弯曲加载过程中,往往会出现环向裂纹和纵向裂纹,在内径为28mm时,裂纹最为明显。随着内径的增大复合材料管件承受的最大载荷也会增大。这是因为内径大的管件接触面积更大,能够更好地分散载荷从而增强管件的承载能力。除了内径的大小,跨距也会对管件的弯曲加载过程产生影响。随着跨距的增加,管件所承受的力会逐渐减小从而导致对管件的加载变形所需的载荷也会逐渐降低。
