Abstract

乡村中职教育作为职业教育体系的重要组成部分,在招生和师资方面存在不足,限制了其职能发挥,也影响着学校办学规模的扩大以及教学质量的发展。本研究基于史密斯模型理论视角分析了乡村中职教育振兴的影响因素,史密斯模型理论强调政策本身、执行机构、目标群体和环境因素相互作用对政策执行效果的影响,在乡村中职教育振兴中,执行机构资源配置不足,目标群体存在认知偏差,乡村经济基础薄弱等因素制约着其发展。基于此,本文认为应加大资源投入、加强宣传引导、深化产业转型,以推动乡村中职教育高质量发展,为乡村振兴培养实用型人才。
