Abstract

新时期市场人才需求发生改变,需要大量高素质的应用型人才。这就需要高校及时调整人才培养模式,融入互联网思维,构建完善的双创型营销人才培养体系。鉴于此,文中以“互联网+”视域为着眼点,探讨构建双创型服装人才培养体系的必要性,总结人才培养体系构建过程中面临的问题,结合服装营销行业人才需求特点,给出完善人才培养体系的具体措施,提高服装营销人才培养的质量。希望通过文中论述,能为类似研究提供借鉴。
