In order to understand the effective way to build the teacher team of civics and politics courses in colleges in the new era, and to improve the effectiveness of the construction, this paper firstly analyzes the current situation of the construction of civics and politics course teacher team in colleges, and further analyzes the current situation of the civics and politics course teacher team in colleges from the four dimensions of strengthening ideological and political qualities and teacher moral and ethical construction, enhancing the teaching professional ability and the level of teaching innovation, perfecting the teacher cultivation, training, and professional development system, and improving the teacher evaluation, incentive, and safeguard and support mechanism. Explaining the path of the construction of the civics and political science teacher team, we hope to build a team of professional talents with excellent quality, superb business and good politics, and to realize the goal of the fundamental task of establishing morality and educating people.
