Based on a review of the current situation of "one-stop" student community construction, the practical difficulties and implementation paths of "one-stop" student community construction in colleges and universities were further discussed. The research focuses on how to effectively integrate diversified resources such as learning, living, practice and cultural life to meet the needs of students' all-round development. Through measures such as Party building leads, team entry, student participation and space empowerment, the "one-stop" management and service education path with student communities as the main body were explored. This practice improved the effectiveness of education and students' sense of participation, gain and belonging to some extent, and also provided reference and inspiration for related work in other colleges and universities.
