Abstract

树脂结合剂砂轮作为精密加工领域的关键工具,以其良好的弹性和高效的磨削性能广泛应用于硬质材料的加工。然而,传统砂轮因散热性能不足及容屑能力有限,在高负载磨削中表现出一定局限性。为此,为了提升砂轮的锋利性、散热性能及整体加工效率,本文探讨了两种典型造孔剂——空心玻璃球和塑料球的作用机理及其体积分数对砂轮性能的影响。研究显示,造孔剂的添加显著改善了气孔分布,增强了砂轮的力学稳定性与磨削性能,其中塑料球造孔剂在规则气孔形态和高性能均衡方面表现出明显优势。本文的研究为优化树脂砂轮的设计和应用提供了理论基础,也为可持续制造背景下的新型造孔剂开发提供了重要参考。
