Abstract

随着职业教育高质量发展,“双师型”教师既是高职院校推进教育的主体力量,同时也是彰显目前职业教育属性的核心之一。在此前提下,高职院校必须要着力加强双师型教师队伍建设,进一步引领职业教育高质量发展。然而,经过研究发现,目前很多高职院校“双师型”教师队伍还存在数量不足、结构不优及专业教学能力低下等多种问题。基于此,下文就着重探讨高质量发展视域下高职院校“双师型”教师培育的价值意蕴、行动实践以及协同路径。
