With the global revival of traditional medicine and the deepening of cross-cultural exchanges, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) fire cupping, an important part of Chinese traditional medicine, is receiving more and more international attention. However, Chinese medicine fire cupping faces challenges due to cross-cultural differences, language barriers, and promotion strategies in the process of promotion. This paper aims to optimize the promotion strategy of Chinese medicine fire cupping by deeply analyzing the cultural differences and health concepts of various regions, with the hope of providing a replicable path for the promotion of Chinese medicine overseas, contributing to the national “One Belt, One Road” strategy, and enhancing the confidence of the national culture as well as the recognition and influence of Chinese medicine in the global arena.
