This study deeply discusses the construction of multiple values and practice mode of college labor education in the new era. On the basis of explaining the importance of labor education in the new era background, it elaborates its multiple values in promoting the all-round development of college students, promoting social progress and inheriting culture. Based on the current situation of college labor education, this paper puts forward feasible practice model construction strategies from the aspects of curriculum system construction, practice platform construction and teacher team training, aiming at providing theoretical support and practical reference for colleges and universities to effectively carry out labor education.
