The purpose of this study is to explore the construction of the evaluation system of physical education teachers in colleges and universities in Guangdong Province. Physical education teacher evaluation plays an important role in improving the standard of teacher education and promoting the reform process of physical education, and is also a key factor. However, there are some problems and challenges in the evaluation system of physical education teachers in colleges and universities in Guangdong Province, such as the evaluation index is not scientific enough, and the evaluation process is not standardized enough. Therefore, this study will explore the methods and paths for constructing an evaluation system suitable for physical education teachers in colleges and universities in Guangdong Province from the aspects of theoretical basis, methods and procedures, and empirical research, so as to provide reference and reference for improving the teaching level and teaching effect of physical education teachersy.
