Abstract

选用高强度、高模量、高刚度且低成本的纤维素作为生物质填料,采用一步法自由发泡工艺制备软质聚氨酯泡沫材料,探究纤维素用量对聚氨酯软泡结构、硬度、回弹性、压缩和拉伸等性能的影响。实验表明,随着纤维素用量由0份增加到2份,聚氨酯软泡材料的密度呈线性增加,硬度、拉伸强度以及撕裂强度提高,而开孔率略微降低,回弹性呈降低趋势,整体泡孔均匀细密,但纤维素用量超过2份后不能起泡。与空白样相比,当剑麻纤维素添加量达到2份时,聚氨酯软泡材料的拉伸强度可提高59%,撕裂强度可提高27%。实验结果表明,将剑麻纤维素作为填料用于制备高性能聚氨酯软泡材料方面有很大的应用潜力,有利于进一步实现生物质资源的高值化应用。
