Abstract

目的:本研究旨在探究间歇训练对专业足球运动员心肺耐力的影响。方法:研究选取60名专业足球运动员,随机分为两组,一组执行传统训练,另一组在此基础上加入间歇训练。结果:训练后6周和12周时,观察组的最大摄氧量、乳酸阈值和运动耐力时间均显著高于对照组。结论:与传统训练相比,加入间歇训练的方法能显著提高足球运动员的心肺耐力。这表明间歇训练是一种有效的提高足球运动员心肺耐力的训练方法。
