As an important birthplace of sericulture in China, Shiquan has witnessed the prosperous development of sericulture industry. This paper analyzes the development status quo of the sericulture industry in Shiquan, the main problems it faces, and the strategic opportunities under the background of “One Belt, One Road”, and condenses and summarizes the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the high-quality development of Shiquan's sericulture industry from the aspects of top-level design, agriculture, culture, and tourism fusion, digital empowerment, and innovation and cultural branding.
