Abstract

为了提高离心泵故障诊断的准确性,提出了一种基于精细复合多尺度增长熵的故障诊断方法。首先采用本征模态函数分解法对信号进行分解,将其分成若干个固有模态函数分量;然后计算各 IMFs的精细复合多尺度增长熵并将其作为特征向量,将该特征向量输入支持向量机进行故障诊断;最后通过实际离心泵的实验验证了所提方法的有效性。
