With the increasing global concern for environmental protection and sustainable development and the implementation of a low-carbon economy policy, the green development change of enterprise financial management is imperative. Firstly, this paper discusses the value and significance of the green development change of enterprise financial management,which includes protecting the environment, achieving sustainable use of resources, coordinating the environment and economic interests, etc. Secondly, it analyses the constraints of the green development change of the enterprise, such as the weak concepts, the lack of models, the inconsistency of the industrial structure, etc. Finally, it puts forward the corresponding optimization paths, advising the enterprise to achieve the green transformation.
