Abstract

In the era of big data, personal information is continuously collected, stored and disseminated.As a large amount of personal information is constantly "remembered", the right to be forgotten gradually attracts peoples attention.This paper with the right to forget as the research object, with big data as the research perspective, by exploring the concept of the origin of the right and origin, clarify the legal ownership of forgotten, will be forgotten into the personal information protection, on the basis of the right to forget legal logical relocation, points out that the exercise of forgotten right should be balanced information subject information autonomy and social public interests.
