Abstract

浙江省第十三届高校青年教师教学竞赛理科组教师具有旁征博引型、智能教学型、逻辑缜密型和诙谐风趣型多种教学风格。众多教学风格中也普遍存在基本功薄弱、教学风格单一,缺少对教师事业的热爱,缺乏创新意识的现状。高校理科青年教师需通过提升教师综合素养,巩固职业热情和强化教学创新意识来夯实教学风格根基,培养专业教学风格和激发教学风格活力,进而优化自己的教学风格。
