Abstract

为高效获取滁菊活性物质多糖与黄酮,采用水提辅助超声获得多糖与黄酮,在料液浓度、提取时间、提取温度、提取次数单因素实验基础上,采用正交实验优化提取工艺条件,确定多糖与黄酮联合提取工艺条件。结果显示最佳条件为:料液浓度0.05 g/ml,提取时间为70 min,提取温度为70 ℃,提取次数3次,此条件下多糖与黄酮的提取得率最高,多糖含量56.03 mg/g,黄酮含量4.82mg/g,得率分别为 10.03%和4.82%。
