Abstract

数字化浪潮的兴起正在深刻改变高校教育生态,高校教师作为创新型人才培养的关键,其数字胜任力直接影响学生核心素养的培养与教育现代化目标的实现。本文在借鉴国际教师数字胜任力框架的基础上,结合我国高校教育的实际需求,构建了一套高校教师数字胜任力框架,分析其构成要素和权重分布,并进一步提出针对性的提升路径,望能为高校教师数字胜任力的提升提供理论指导与实践参考,助力教育信息化与高质量发展。
