The comprehensive development of university students is a cornerstone of modern education, aiming to cultivate not only intellectual abilities but also social and moral competencies. This paper explores educational pathways for fostering this holistic development through the lens of Marxist humanism, which emphasizes the integration of individual and collective growth. By investigating the relationship between Marxist principles and education, the study highlights the potential for a balanced educational framework that nurtures both academic excellence and social responsibility. It addresses the challenges inherent in applying Marxist humanism to university education and proposes strategies for overcoming these barriers. Additionally, the paper examines the future trends in higher education influenced by this approach, ultimately advocating for a dynamic and responsive educational system that prepares students for both personal success and societal contribution.
