Abstract

中途接班的班主任,要面临着如何融入已经成型的班级,初二的班主任,也要面临着正处青春期的孩子。此时,绵绵细雨要比倾盆大雨更有滋润力, 从日常学习生活中的细微小事做起,可以更好地融入集体。融入班集体,师生之间彼此尊重、相互关心、携手共进,构建师生的良好交往状态,进而让学生更乐于学习。
