Abstract

效能评估模型构建作为提升高职院校辅导员谈心谈话工作科学化水平的基础工具,对规范评估流程、量化评估指标具有重要作用。高职院校辅导员谈心谈话工作的特殊性,决定了其效能评估模型构建需要系统性的理论支撑和实践验证。目前,模型构建过程中存在评估指标体系设计不完善、数据采集标准不统一、评估结果应用效果欠佳等制约因素。因此,应在明确评估要素构成、评估过程衔接、评估反馈机制等理论逻辑的基础上,通过健全评估指标体系设计、规范评估数据采集标准、强化评估结果应用机制等路径,推进高职院校辅导员谈心谈话效能评估模型的科学构建。
