智慧旅游是互联网及信息技术发展下的产物,通过推进智慧旅游对提升旅游景区管理服务水平以及满足不同游客的多元需求能产生非常积极的影响。现代社会经济水平持续提升,人们生活质量也在逐步提升,旅游成为了日常人们生活中的重要娱乐放松活动。随着行业的不断蓬勃发展,作为景区管理人员,需要紧跟行业发展步伐,了解不同游客的个性化需求,让其有更加舒适的旅游体验。由此,本文就着重探讨智慧旅游景区信息化建设与游客体验提升策略。
