Abstract

本研究以职业教育中心学生群体为对象,通过三年教育实践构建"共情-对话-共生"转化模型。采用教育叙事法,聚焦路由器拆解事件、代码对话实验、Bug银行计划等典型场景,探索技术赋能在职业教育中的创新应用。研究表明:通过兴趣迁移重构学习动机、技术化沟通消解对话壁垒、数字化共生构建支持网络,能够有效促进问题学生的行为转化与学业发展。最终实现全班学生升学突破,为职业教育特殊群体转化提供理论与实践启示。
