Abstract

随着大数据、人工智能等信息技术的快速发展,会计职能已从传统的记账、算账、报账向以分析、预测与决策为主转型。然而,当前高校会计人才培养模式存在重理论轻实践、教育供给与市场需求错配、跨学科知识融合深度不够等问题,难以满足社会对复合型、创新型会计人才的需求。本文通过对应用型会计人才培养的现状进行深入分析,探讨产教融合、协同育人的必要性,并提出创新应用型会计人才培养模式的策略。强调政府、企业、学校、研究院四方联动,共同打造高水平的师资队伍,优化课程体系和实践教学体系,培养学生的创新思维和实践能力,以适应会计行业的转型升级和数智化发展需求。
