ASCI模型,作为一种评估顾客满意度的先进工具,提供了一个全面的评估体系,包含顾客的期望、感知质量、感知价值等核心变量,为了解析ASCI模型在《统计学》课程中的应用价值,本文基于《统计学》课程的现状分析,提出了基于ASCI模型的教学内容重构、教学方法与技术的创新,以及评价体系的改革策略,希望通过这些策略来不断提高学生对统计学的理解和应用能力,同时提供更现代化和互动性的学习体验。
