Abstract

With global warming and increased carbon emissions, the new energy industry is being vigorously supported worldwide, and the development of new energy vehicle-related industries is imperative.The development of new energy vehicles is imperative under the growing push of environmental protection concepts and policies. BYD, as a leading manufacturer of new energy vehicles in China, should not be slow in adjusting its strategic management in the market with strong competition at home and abroad. This paper uses PEST analysis and Porter's five forces analysis to analyze the external macro-environment of BYD's new energy automobile, and uses the value chain to analyze the various business management activities.At the same time, SWOT analysis and Porter's Matrix analysis are used to analyze the internal environment.Then the strategic objectives and implementation plan are proposed for the strategic development of BYD's new energy automobile, and finally the safeguard measures for the implementation of the strategy are proposed based on the balanced scorecard.
