Abstract

职业院校是我国为社会贡献一线工作人才的重要教育阵地,而在文凭至上的社会中,低学历教育的职业院校学生容易陷入身份认同的困境和无限的焦虑中。目前,我国的高职院校学生在面临就业抉择时,普遍存在着个人身份焦虑、精神价值贬抑、圈层认知固化等多方面的问题。本篇文章主要是分析了高职院校学生面临的身份认同困境,并且就解决身份认同困境的化解路径进行了探究,希望能够为加快高职院校的高素质人才输出并建设技能型人才社会提供参考意见。
