随着新工科建设的不断推进,产教融合协同育人成为培养高素质工程技术人才的重要途径。本文在新工科视角下,探讨了高校产教融合协同育人模式的内涵、重要性及面临的挑战,并结合实际案例提出了相应的探索与实践策略,包括构建多元化合作平台、优化课程体系、加强师资队伍建设、创新教学方法和完善评价机制等,旨在为新工科人才培养提供有益的参考。
