Abstract

新时代背景下,高校开展和推进教师与辅导员协同育人工作的创新路径是高等教育体系逐渐完善的必然要求,是教育内涵革新升级的重要探索,也是培养新时期能承担起民族复兴大任,具有使命感和责任感的优秀人才的关键方法。协同育人模式下,育人的目标应当更加明确,基于此来构建协同育人的新模式,创新协同育人的新机制,才能保证最终的育人效果。本文基于新时代背景下开展对高校教师与辅导员协同育人创新路径的探索,对于育人质量水平的提升必不可少。
