Under the background of a brand-new social era, the development direction of education is "ruling by law", which requires schools to reconstruct the modern management mode of education governance, uphold the educational concept of "ruling by law", actively cooperate with society, government and family, change the original governance structure, innovate management forms and means, enrich the types of education services, and finally realize the modernization transformation of education.
