Abstract

随着数字化、智能化、自动化的现代化工厂的迅速发展,工业自动化生产过程更加需要全过程全方位的立体化信息采集与交互。各种检测系统,各种各样额传感器使用越来越广泛,信号采集及信号处理等过程中电路的干扰源也是多种多样的,对于偶发性的干扰信号又非常难捕捉和处理。工业生产中的干扰信号有来自半导体电子元件传输信号时产生的;有来自电路板设计时共用接地线导致的,有来自多个信号源耦合产生的。文中重点解决电路设计中常见的干扰源的产生以及处理办法,并结合实际生产经验列举案例并进行分析,为电路中归避干扰提出可行性建议,具有实际的借鉴意义。
