Abstract

新质生产力是加快现代化建设的重要手段,也是解放、发展生产力的重要举措,有助于实现资源、人才整合,赋予职业课程教学体系新的元素。新质生产力融入职业教育课程体系,实现多方资源整合,重塑教学组织的关系,对提高我国职业教育教学质量具有重要意义。基于此,文章首先简要地介绍新质生产力的内涵和特点,根据新质生产力融入职业教育课程的理论逻辑,重点从产教融合、工匠精神、信息化建设和数字人才队伍四个方面提出了一些实践探索路径,以供参考。
