Abstract

肉牛是全球农业经济中的重要资源,精准育种是育种学界和产业界的热点。遗传密码子扩展技术(GCE)作为一种可在活细胞内位点特异性插入非天然氨基酸(ncAAs)的新策略,近年来在分子育种中展现出巨大潜力。该技术通过在蛋白质中引入可控生物正交官能团,为功能蛋白质构建、基因表达调控及表型改良提供新思路。在肉牛分子育种中,GCE可结合基因组学与蛋白质组学,对影响生长、产肉品质及抗病性的关键蛋白进行精准修饰或赋予新功能,助力提升牛肉品质、饲料利用效率及抗逆性。本文回顾GCE的核心原理及技术进展,探讨其在肉牛性状选育、疫苗及抗体改进中的应用潜力,并展望其在产业化中的前景与挑战,为肉牛种质创新提供新思路。
