Abstract

近年来,随着临床药学服务工作的迅速发展,如何在有限的实习时间内高质量地培养出合格的临床药师,成为摆在医院和医学院校面前的共同课题。结果显示,通过案例筛选与设计、带教小组组建、案例讨论及反思改进等环节,能够有效促进实习生的临床药学思维能力、团队协作及医患沟通技巧的提升。本研究的成果为进一步完善临床药学实习带教模式、提高实习生实践能力提供了借鉴与参考。
