Abstract

在新时代美育背景下,国家对教师核心素养的培养提出了更高要求。师范生作为未来教育事业的生力军,其核心素养的提升与评估已成为教师教育改革的重要议题。本文在系统梳理新时代美育理念及已有研究成果的基础上,通过文献分析、专家访谈与预试调查等方式,编制了“师范生核心素养量表”,并采用信度与效度检验方法对量表的信效度进行了实证检验。为高校师范生培养方案的优化以及教师专业发展研究提供了可行的测评工具与实证支撑。
