Abstract

基于“三全育人”视域下,高校构建全员、全过程、全方位的学生管理体系,确立层次性、科学性的管理思想,丰富学生管理参与主体,多元化学生管理实施路径,支持师生从不同维度切入开展学生管理,兼顾多场景、多个体的差异化管理诉求,逐步完成传统学生管理机制模式的适应性发展,赋能“三全育人”思想的渗透实践。对此,下文将围绕“三全育人”视域下高校学生管理创新意义、创新原则及策略等展开分析,以期实现学生管理的增效赋能。
