Abstract

高职“民航面试技巧”课程是民航运输服务专业核心课,多年来该课程存在重理论讲授、轻技能培养,教学内容与企业岗位需求脱节,教学模式、教学策略、教学评价较为单一,章节式的课程框架和填鸭式的传统教学方式已经无法满足企业的实际需求,学生在民航岗位面试中面临窘境。因此,积极研究应用适合行业、企业岗位需求的教学新模式显得尤为重要。笔者认为“三段七学”课堂教学实施策略是适应于高职“工学结合、知行合一”培养理念下的教学模式,能够进一步规范教学实施的环节、考评、效果,从而实现教师、教材、教法的三教合一。
