Abstract

飞轮储能技术具有瞬时功率大,充放电快,效率高等特点,是当前储能领域研究的热点。本文介绍飞轮储能的基本工作原理和系统结构及各部分功能,详细介绍了飞轮储能在轨道交通、传统电力系统和可再生能源领域的研究和应用。通过实时监测飞轮储能的SOC特性并维持在满功率充放区可以有效地减小火电机组出力,平抑风电功率波动。此外,根据实际情况切换飞轮储能的不同工作模式可以有效地保证列车的安全运行。在进行飞轮储能控制策略设计时,兼顾飞轮储能系统的SOC特性,再根据需求进行设计,将会是未来飞轮储能研究的重点。
