Abstract

当前教育信息化时代的到来促进了远程教育模式地位的提升,在新农科课程思政背景之下,促进远程开放教育教师的专业发展影响着农业教育的质量以及人才的培养成效。为助力远程开放教育教师的专业发展,本文首先分析新农科课程思政对于远程开放教育教师的新要求,然后了解实践中所存在的一些新问题,并给出相对应的远程开放教育教师专业发展构建机制,希望可以作为教师队伍构建的理论知识和参考。
