Abstract

随着科学技术的进步与发展,社会的向前迈进,市场的激烈竞争,企业或组织的生存发展归根结底是员工的竞争。然而,员工流失是每一个企业或组织都会面临的问题,导致员工流失的原因包括薪酬待遇偏低、人力资源管理制度不合理、晋升空间受到限制、身份问题困扰、工作缺乏成就感和社会认可度低等多个方面。长时期的员工流失,不仅增加了企业或组织的经营成本,也极大地影响了企业或组织的正常运营和长远发展。为此,本文从员工流失产生的危机出发,分析了员工流失的常见原因,并且提出了改善的对策,仅供参考。
