Based on the rooted theory, this paper probes into the deep influence of Chinese traditional sports culture on national cultural soft power. By using Nvivo12 software to analyze the policy, news and interview texts, this paper reveals the core role of traditional sports culture in the historical evolution, core value and social interaction.The research finds that the origin and evolution of traditional sports culture provides a solid cultural foundation for the country's cultural soft power, and its unique value core becomes the core driving force to promote the development of cultural soft power.At the same time, the interaction between traditional sports culture and all walks of life not only promotes the spread of culture, but also significantly enhances the sense of national identity and cohesion. In the context of globalization, the innovation and development of traditional sports culture is of strategic significance for enhancing the soft power of national culture. The research of this paper provides a new perspective of theory and practice for reunderstanding the value of Chinese traditional sports culture and promoting national cultural soft power.
