Abstract

伴随着高等教育的转型与推进,高职院校教师的重要作用日益明显,教师能力包括不同的方面,其中数字化素养与能力是关键一环。为了在高等教育中充分发挥高职院校教师的作用,本文首先分析教师数字化素养与能力的内涵及重要性,进而明确教师所存在的数字化素养与能力提升现状和问题,最终给出行之有效的提升策略,包括强化教师数字化意识、探索数字素养培养模式、搭建数字化实践平台、培养教师数字化责任四个方面,借此来帮助高职院校教师获得更多收获,在育人工作中灵活应用数字信息技术,助力人才成长。
