Abstract

中职学生正处于身心快速发展阶段,其心理健康状况对学习效果、职业发展和人格成长意义重大。近年来,部分中职学生在适应社会和教育环境变化过程中出现心理困扰,在学习压力、人际交往和情绪调节方面问题突出。班主任作为班级管理核心,在心理健康教育和危机干预中至关重要。本研究以中职学生心理健康现状为切入点,分析影响因素和常见问题,提出“班主任—家庭—社会”协同干预支持模式,探讨如何构建预警机制、加强家校合作和引入社会资源,以促进学生心理健康发展,提升其心理复原力和社会适应能力。
