Abstract

随着信息技术的深度普及与数字化教育模式的持续演进,新时代高校思政课对青年教师的综合素质和教学创新提出了更高要求。本文在梳理既有文献与政策文件的基础上,聚焦青年思政课教师在数字时代面临的机遇与挑战,构建了包含政治素养、专业理论知识、教学科研能力、职业态度与个人特质五大维度的青年教师胜任力模型。围绕该模型的关键指标,本文进一步探讨其在教师招聘、培训、激励考核以及教学实践中的应用策略。旨在为新时代高校思想政治理论课青年教师队伍建设提供可行思路和实践参考。
