Abstract

城乡义务教育一体化符合社会发展趋势,随着校长助力工程的推进,如何实现城乡义务教育协调发展,提高校长的办学、治校能力,才是当下应该思考的重点问题。就目前城乡义务教育一体化发展背景下,校长培训工作获得一定的进展,但是也存在一些问题,如培训方式单一,内容不够新颖,后续评估体系不完善等。基于此,文章首先介绍校长培训的意义,结合培训中存在的问题,最后从校长培训的目标,内容,方式,课程结构和评估体系五个方面提出了一些有效的应对策略,以供参考。
