    利用48锭卧式二维编织机织造3个不同内径的碳纤维编织物,加热固化成型后牵伸拉拔出型材制品。采用电子万能材料试验机对复合材料管件进行弯曲性能测试,研究其加载过程中试样的破坏机理,并比对不同内径尺寸和不同隔距下,试样的弯曲性能。结果表明,在复合材料管件的弯曲加载过程中,往往会出现环向裂纹和纵向裂纹,在内径为28mm时,裂纹最为明显。随着内径的增大复合材料管件承受的最大载荷也会...
